As I approach my new found goal of making art I have to first address what has kept me from it?

As my drive to create and value what I create can be a challenge. My first reaction to my own marks whatever they may be are usually just a lot of negative self talk....It is remarkable how loud that voice. 

I do believe it is partly due to being a female, very co -dependent to others needs and caretaking. so of course being an art teacher was a great place for this part of my personality!!!
